(“LexaGene”, “we”, “us”, “our”).  By accessing and using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Website Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Infringer and Repeat Infringer Policy – We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property.
